I spent years chasing someone else’s version of success—working hard, achieving what I “should,” and slowly losing touch with myself. Burnout wasn’t just exhaustion. It was disconnection. It was grief for the parts of me I’d outsourced in the name of being “good enough.”
I pursued my doctorate not just for credentials, but to give language to a hard season of life—and to make sure no one else felt alone in those dark spaces.
Now, I guide others through that same rediscovery. I blend neuroscience, poetic reflection, and intuitive wisdom to help people reconnect with their energy, values, and voice.

I’m a fun-loving human who lost herself for a while—and now fiercely protects the space she’s reclaimed. I love my husband, my cats, my wine, and the messy beauty of being human. I’m not a poster child for perfect living. I’m a guide for real-life transformation.

Credentials & Experience
I hold a PhD in Strategic Leadership, with a research focus on identifying and addressing employee burnout. For over 20 years, I’ve worked across industries in roles that center around enabling high performance, guiding transformation, and supporting people through stress, change, and growth.
My academic work gave me the language to understand burnout—not just as a concept, but as a lived experience. My professional journey taught me how to help others navigate it with clarity, compassion, and sustainable tools.
